Krombacher, Cruzcampo & Traunstein Draught Beer

Morgenrot Chevaliers are extemely proud of the quality of the three premium lagers that we import. Our wish is for the consumer to experience the excellence of these products; which is down to the skill of keeping and serving the beer.

Both Krombacher Pils and Cruzcampo Lager are only ever bottled and kegged in their country of origin. Traunstein, likewise, provides authentic and traditional 'Munich style' beers. We regard them as exclusive products and in order to maintain their premium status are prepared to back them with the best in dispense equipment and branded merchandising. The following points are made to enhance and guarantee the reputation of our beers so that you reap the rewards of selling these quality products.

Technical Requirements
Before an installation is agreed, a site survey of your premises will be carried out to establish important requirements, such as space availability behind the bar, suitable siting of the keg, and distances from existing equipment in the bar and cellar areas. This is critical to the correct condition and dispense of our beers: premium lager is more temperature sensitive than other keg beers, and to avoid problems it must be away from equipment giving off extraneous heat.

Installation Criteria And Barrelage

  • It is important to ensure that weekly turnover is sufficient to warrant an installation. We recommend that a minimum of two 30 litre (6.6 gallon) kegs per week or one 50 litre (11 gallon) keg be achieved. At this level the beers retain their optimum freshness. For smaller turnover, use of the bottled Krombacher or Cruzcampo is advised.

  • Installation costs are usually covered by ourselves and the work is done by independent service engineers and contractors approved by us. Any alteration after installation may incur an additional charge.

  • Installation normally takes place within 7 - 10 working days after notification of a favourable survey report. Once installed the equipment must not be tampered with.

  • Emergency call outs to any faults are normally attended to within 24 hours.

  • Most dispense equipment is provided on a free loan basis. However a contract must be signed as acceptance that care will be taken in the keeping and maintenance of the equipment.

  • We reserve the right to remove any installed equipment if sales fail to reach expected weekly volumes, or if excessive problems occur due to misuse or damage to our equipment.

Bar Fonts And Point Of Sale Material
We offer a selection of Bar top fonts as every outlet has different requirements. Choose from the traditional German ceramic or the latest chrome or brass tower font. We also have twin units available.

We consider it essential that a wide range of point of sale material is available to help promote our products. We can therefore supply a range of quality glassware and other advertising material to support and promote both beers.

Product Availabilty
Due to the sales success of these products within the UK we import direct from our suppliers on a regular basis, ensuring that fresh kegs are available at all times. We operate a regular and reliable delivery service which means a quick turn around of the stock we hold. Allied to good stock rotation and cellar management our premium beers should reach consumers in peak condition to be appreciated and enjoyed.
