Don’t Miss Mevalco’s ‘FROM LOCAL TO LOCAL’ Tasting
With so many good vibes coming from the city, we’re delighted to be heading to beautiful Bristol for Mevalco’s – ‘FROM LOCAL TO LOCAL’ tasting, which takes place on the 10th September at award-winning Michelin starred restaurant – Paco Tapas.
The ‘FROM LOCAL TO LOCAL’ event will kick off at 11am and run until 6pm and promises to dominate your senses with some of the most sublime food and drink from Spain on show.
Three chefs will be cooking and plating up delights, including a special tasting of Mevalco’s three cherished, free range meats including:
• Old Cow (Galician Blonde, Casina and retired dairy cattle) cooked over charcoal.
• A very special Pyrenean lamb cooked mainly on plancha
• Ibérico meats “Bellota” grade.
With a host of suppliers in attendance to talk guests through the different drinks, we’re excited to have our new vermouths, gins, sherry, beers, sidra and wines showcased throughout the day so be sure to come ready to eat and drink the very best.
