Cantus Reserva Carmenere
‘Cantus’ is Latin for ‘Singing’ and was used an adjective for any organised activity when mixing traditional folk singing with drinking! These loose traditions hark-back to the early Middle Ages in Europe and which these same Europeans brought with them to Latin America.
The Cantus range are designed to offer tasty, straight forward and accessible single varietal wines, perfect for sipping and singing.
Concentrated, plummy fruit, touches of chocolate and spice. The palate is full bodied and the finish has good tannins and structure.
