Somewhere Else Torrontes-PX Scores High with Decanter
Following some strong scores earlier this year in the James Suckling tasting, our Somewhere Else Vineyards has further enhanced its quality positioning after its unique Torrontes-Pedro Gimenez blend scored 87 points and picked up a recommendation in the recent Decanter tasting.
Produced around 30km from San Juan at the foot of Los Andes in the Tulum Valley in Argentina, Somewhere Else Vineyards was set up in 2002 and launched in the UK in 2018.
The grapes receive permanent sunlight, a soft and dry wind and abundant mountain water. These growing conditions coupled with the stony ground and the winemakers expertise are essential in creating these high quality wines.
The Somewhere Else quartet includes a Cabernet Franc, a Malbec, a Petit Verdot and the Torrontes-Pedro Gimenez.
