Wine of the Month
September 2020
One of the world’s oldest grape varieties used for wine, Pinot Noir can be a difficult grape to grow and cultivate but continues to be a favourite for winemakers and consumers.
Our Comahue Pinot Noir is a special representation from Patagonia offering aromas of red fruit, strawberries and ripe plums. On the palate, it is fruit-forward with hints of spices and vanilla. Beautifully balanced with a silky-smooth finish, it’s fantastic with duck, pork, veal and chicken.
A great wine to try this month as the richer, warming dishes start to come to the fore.
