Founded in Granada in 1925 and named after the city’s magnificent Alhambra Palace the beers, like the building, are a by-word for tradition and craftsmanship. Inspired by classic German Lager Pilsner style the master brewers follow a careful brewing process to obtain a light, balanced lager beer with a mild bitterness that translates into a unique flavour.

Their beers are made from 100% Spanish ingredients; Granada’s water source is the nearby Sierra mountains.

Tasting notes: Golden colour, smooth and crisp with a full, rich texture with lowish carbonation and a little honeyed malt. Aromas of honey, nuts, apple and banana then lead to more citrus fruit evident on the palate, malt is balanced by the hops providing bitterness and spice.
