Food pairing suggestions: Care should be taken; as Sin contains almost no alcohol and therefore doesn’t cleanse the palate of fats, it is not ideal to pair it with very fatty or heavy dishes, or pork products. It goes best with delicate, mild foods with some toasty notes. Appetisers, nuts and dipping aromatic sauces. Boiled or baked seafood, non-oily types of fish and poultry. Grilled, slightly caramelised, vegetables and marinated dishes with slightly piquant sauces. Slightly aged and somewhat creamy cheeses like Comté and Parmesan.
