Ambar Triple Zero Gluten Free is a truly innovative beer, combining three key benefits: alcohol-free, gluten-free and sugar-free. It also boasts low carbon emissions as part of Ambar’s sustainability commitment.

Ambar was the first in Spain to brew an alcohol-free beer in 1976, and the first gluten-free beer, and first sugar-free beer. Triple Zero Gluten Free brings together this pioneering expertise in one modern style - brewed with barley malt and traditional beer ingredients and preserving an authentic beer taste.

  • Gluten Free: achieved using an enzymatic brewing process that reduces gluten levels below 6 ppm (parts per million), considered a safe threshold for coeliac consumers.

  • Sugar Free: crafted to deliver zero sugars while maintaining flavour, balance and body through a carefully developed recipe and brewing process. Unlike many beers that rely on added sugars or sweetening ingredients, Ambar uses dietary fibre to enhance the mouthfeel and keeping carbohydrate levels low for a lighter drinking profile. Suitable for Type II diabetics.

  • Alcohol Free: brewed and then carefully de-alcoholised to achieve 0.0% abv, importantly still retaining the beer’s character.

Located in Zaragoza, northern Spain, Cervezas Ambar is the leading beer brand in Aragon. It is fully independent and maintains a 100% family-owned spirit.

Ambar was founded in 1900 in the historic San José neighbourhood as La Zaragozana brewery. With a total of 96 awards in the past 10 years, Ambar received 14 brewing accolades in 2025 - including crowned ”Country Winner” at the Word Beer Awards plus claiming 6 Gold Medals at the World Beer Challenge. In 2024 Ambar Especial achieved a perfect 100 score and “Best Beer in the World” at the W.B.C.
