Tasting Notes: A deep, golden brown colour. Medium-full bodied beer of moderate bitterness, lightly hopped and rich in malt for a well-balanced character. Distinct malt-caramel notes with liquorice, spice and coffee notes also discernible; a hoppy bitterness asserts itself slowly to linger on the palate, leading to a full flavoured, intense finish that is rich malty and roasted.
