Unpasteurised, unfiltered, with secondary fermentation (conditioning) in bottle their award winning “live” beers stand out for authenticity, quality and taste.

Fin du Monde is a tribute to Quebec, the land encountered by 16th-century French explorers who thought they’d reached the end of the world.

Tasting Notes: Golden colour and a floral ‘bready’ bouquet with aromas of honey, spices, coriander and malt. Its mildly hoppy palate has fruit and spice followed by a smooth, dry finish.
