The grapes – Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara, for Valpolicella Classico are sourced from this designated DOC area and after vinification has a short maturation in large oak casks.
Finished in chestnut and oak casks, this has full, rich flavours and a distinctive velvety palate with a bouquet of vanilla and almonds.
