Aquarius Marsanne Viognier | Central Victoria, Australia
A peaceful and sunny vibe drinking in the spirit of Aquarius.
Noted Rhone varietals Marsanne and Viognier gain more intensity from growing in McPherson’s high Victoria vineyards, bringing out floral aromas and vibrant tropical and stone fruit.
Made from 85% Marsanne and 15% Viognier grapes (the Marsanne provides structure whilst the Viognier lends a fragrant carefully balanced punch) sourced from Goulburn Valley vineyards in Central Victoria. The individual varieties were harvested separately over a three week period in March. Picking and crushing was completed during the cool of the night to maintain freshness. Fermentation at cool temperatures for 7 days in stainless steel fermenters has helped enhance the pure, fresh, clean flavours
