Ariyanas Sobre Lias Finas | Malaga, Spain

£16.10

A surprisingly dry white wine made from Moscatel de Alejandria grapes. Very full bodied with a long aftertaste.

Fermented in stainless steel tanks with 8 months ageing “on the lees” it has the very aromatic characteristics of the varietal with mineral notes that are typical of the Axarquía region’s slate soils plus additional close-by marine influences.

Origin: Sierras de Málaga, Spain

Grapes: Moscatel de Alejandria

Tasting Notes: A complex nose, very aromatic, with scents of elderflower, fresh grapes, and grapefruit. A fruit driven palate - tangerine, citrus fruit, green apples and the table grape character of Moscatel with a long, structured finish – mineral dry and delicately salty. A serious and complex wine that should continue to age well.
