Campestral Tinto
Cadiz, Spain
A blend of Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tintilla de Rota and Petit Verdot creates a light, fruity and very fresh wine.
It is a ‘natural wine’, without any kind of additives, elaborated without losing the lively, youthful and easy to drink character that a young red wine should have.
After a manual harvest of all the red varieties the juice undergoes a semi-carbonic maceration technique that is used to give it even more freshness and lightness; followed by malolactic fermentation in the same stainless steel-tanks. Bottled unfiltered with no barrel ageing.
Awards:
17 points – Jancis Robinson
Gold Medal – Catavinum World Wine & Spirits Competition
Silver Medal – IWSA 2022

Origin: Cadiz, Spain
Grapes: Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tintilla de Rota, PetitVerdot
Tasting Notes: Deep garnet colour; ripe red and black fruit (raspberry, blackberry, blueberry and blackcurrant). A dry wine with a striking entry, elegant, silky, keeps the red and black fruit character on the palate – an intense flavour without being heavy, with very balanced tannins. Jammy and riper or cooked fruit evolve on the finish. Very light drinking given its abv.
