Very light in colour yet a full and fruity dry rosé wine.
Campos de Luz – Fields of Light – references the siting of the vineyards in abroad windswept plain, under open skies and unending light.
It is made of 100% Garnacha grapes from 150ha of bush and trellised trained vines (20 – 60 years old) growing in flat alluvial soils. Vinification by destalking, crushing, and pressing with just 90 minutes skin contact. Fermentation over 20 days between 10 to 15ºC in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting Notes: Very pretty pale shade of orangery pink, with scents of strawberries and flowers. A hint of creaminess behind its clean crispness, with delightful fruit and a medium length. Perfect for summer drinking.
