La Fea organically certified Cava is a 40% Macabeu, 40% Xarello, 20%Parellada blend aged for at least 9 months before disgorging.
The estate of 52 hectares is situated between the villages of Maquefa and Sant Sadurni d’Anoia in the middle of Penedes. The vineyards have a privileged situation between the Mediterranean Coast of Garraf and the Montserrat mountain outcrop.
The influence of the Mediterranean climate on the Raventós Rosell vineyards is manifested in mild winters, dry and hot summers, and rainfall that is irregularly distributed throughout the year. The uniqueness of this small microclimate is the essence of the winery.

Tasting Notes: Pale yellow with golden reflections and fine and elegant bubbles. On the nose it is fruity and fresh where aromas of citrus and some brioche predominate. Light, balanced, with good acidity, elegant and flavours of pineapple, lemon and orange peels. Persistent on the palate, with a smooth and delicate finish.
