Lamberti Bianco | Garda, Italy
A blend of authorised grape varieties including Garganega, Pinot Grigio, Riesling and Chardonnay.
The emphasis is to highlight the nuances of their aromas alongside interpreting the classic style of the terroir with a modern slant.
Vineyards at about 200 metres above sea level, with alluvial, well-draining soils rich in gravel are located in the appellation Garda – a Lombardy DOC created in 1996 that includes the southern shores of Lake Garda, the largest Italian lake, extending to Bardolino and Valpolicella in Veneto.
Harvested in August using the most modern mechanical systems combined with the traditional manual technique the different grape varietals are pressed separately. Fermentation takes place when blending has been carried out in order to harmonise the characteristics of the individual vines
