Les Indomptables - The Indomitable or The Untamed - is a structured and elegant Syrah and Grenache blend presented in a stylish and heavy bottle.

It is a label of Domaine du Joncas - regarded as one of the rising stars of the region: an organic and biodynamic wine estate located in the foothills of the Larzac in Montpeyroux, west of Montpellier. With this range, winemaker Pascal Dalier working with his wife Christiane focuses on traditional southern French varietals, emphasising harmony, depth and balance.

The Faugeres AOP is located in the south of France, northwest of Beziers in Herault, within Rousillion Languedoc. The vineyard extends over the first foothills of the Cevennes and is mainly based on schist soils, giving the wine a certain minerality and elegance, whilst benefiting from a hot and dry Mediterranean climate.
