Owned by friends of Martin Berdugo, the 100ha of vineyards planted between 1990 and 2006 are 14km south of the river Duero at a height of 750m. Gravelly brown soils are rich in calcium and magnesium; stony but easy to work.

Martin Berdugo  are a modern, progressive, family company; easily witnessed by the contemporary architecture of the winery and their stylish labels. Less obvious though is their constant evolving and experimentation with the wine making.

Tasting Notes: Rich, lush aromas of ripe tropical fruit with hints of thyme and gooseberry; a very refreshing palate where a crispness balances the weighty mouthfeel giving a long finish where tropical fruits again dominate.
