Tasting Notes: Yellow colour with green reflections. A light mineral lifted nose of mellow stone fruits and white flowers. The palate is medium-full and expressive - citrus and herbs with a rounded body with aniseed notes as it opens up. The finish is crisp and mouthwatering, followed by a pear after-taste.
