Plan B! Tempranillo | Western Australia
A Tempranillo dominated red wine with a dash of white Viognier.
The Tempranillo grapes are grown high on the slopes of the picturesque Ferguson Valley, in the Geographe Region, in Western Australia, with significant maturation in French oak barriques. Then just prior to bottling, the small but important addition of lees stirred, new oak matured Viognier (2%) in added.
