Bellino Prosecco Rose | Veneto, Italy

£13.90

Bellino Extra Dry Rose is a vintage Prosecco DOC. It is made from 87% Glera and 13% Pinot Nero (Pinot Noir) with a natural fermentation by autoclave for no less than 60 days. Pressure is at the upper limit for the wine, giving it greater sparkle.

The origins of Prosecco have ancient roots and date back at least as far as Roman times. The success of the wine, even in those ancient days, has given a strong boost to the development of viticulture and enology in the whole north-east of Italy.
