Dingue de Toi Merlot | Languedoc, France

£18.50

The French slang translates as “Crazy about You” - which is what we hope you’ll be thinking about this bottle!

This rich, ripe, juicy and concentrated Merlot is aged in cement tanks then matured in sherry barrels for a unique finish.

The vineyards of Domaine Beau Renard are in conversion organic. Covering 24ha they are at the foot of the famous Larzac terroir; 300m high and uniquely exposed. The well drained and poor soils such as schist and red ochres act as natural regulators on the balance of vines. The temperatures are relatively cool with an average of 13°C difference compared to other Languedoc terroirs during the summer months.
