100% Sangiovese grapes are picked in the last week of August and pressed immediately, after which they are cold-fermented for 3 weeks – similar to white wine vinification.
Wines are made without the addition of any chemicals, including preservatives, dyes or sugar. There is minimum use of sulphites.
