Silverhand Classic Brut | England
Silverhand Classic Brut is a ‘traditional method’ (not the Estate’s usual Charmat process) English Sparkling wine, blended in the classic Champagne style and kept on the lees for two years in the bottle before being riddled and disgorged.
Made from 60% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir, 20% Pinot Meunier – 5.0 g/l residual sugar
The main Estate is located in Luddesdown, Kent in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Silverhand are passionate about protecting this environment with a dedicated conservation team working tirelessly across the estate to ensure the flora and fauna are able to thrive in the vineyards. They have now established the largest single organic vineyard in the UK, covering an area of more than 600 acres and are defining the new norms of English sparkling wine.
