Origin: Catalunya, Spain
Grapes: Montonegra
Tasting Notes: Intense and refreshing aromas with citrus air of grapefruit, tropical fruit and subtle notes of stewed fruit. Notes of white and yellow flowers emerge, enveloped by the pastry fragrances contributed by yeast autolysis. On the palate, it is fresh, lively and vibrant. It has a fresh entry and good acidity, elegantly accompanied by the crisp sensations of bubbles. The aftertaste brings back citrus, tropical notes, and raw nuts. The finish is fine and long, with good roundness and no rough edges
