Tribaut Blanc de Chardonnay NV | Champagne, France

£33.20

This flagship cuvée from Tribaut is a blend containing 40% old-vine Chardonnays aged in large oak casks (foudres).

A ‘Blanc de Blanc’ Extra Brut Champagne, produced from terroirs in the Vallee de Brunet – Romery, Fleury la Rivière, Cormoyeux and Damery.

It is matured for 36 months sur lie before disgorgement; dosage is 5 grams of sugar per litre.

Since 2019, Tribaut has been one of the first Champagne houses to convert to fully organic growing – a rarity in Champagne and something that for the large Houses is almost impossible.
