Tribaut Blanc de Noir NV | Champagne, France

£33.20

Blanc de Noir - a white Champagne made from black grapes.

A 50/50 blend of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier; grapes are sourced from Romery and Damery with 30% partially aged in oak barrels and casks for 30 months and on the lees before disgorgement. There is no dosage (added sugar) at disgorgement – a ‘Brut Nature’ Champagne.

Since 2019 Tribaut has been one of the first Champagne houses to convert to fully organic growing – a rarity in Champagne and something that for the large Houses is almost impossible.

Tribaut-Schloesser was founded in 1929 in the heart of the champagne region in Romery, near Epernay. Four generations of the family have now built upon their passion and expertise to produce a range of impressively delicate and refined Champagnes.
