Tribaut Brut | Champagne, France

£33.20

Tribaut Brut Origine is a fresh and fruity Champagne, middle to full bodied, that shows great length and good balance on the palate.

It is a blend of 50% Pinot Meunier, 30% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir selected from 8 different terroirs; and includes 20% reserve wines aged in large oak casks (foudres).

Matured 2 years sur lie before disgorgement; dosage is 8 grams of sugar per litre.

Since 2019 Tribaut has been one of the first Champagne houses to convert to fully organic growing – a rarity in Champagne and something that for the large Houses is almost impossible. Brut Origine is the first to be certified.

Tribaut-Schloesser was founded in 1929 in the heart of the champagne region in Romery, near Epernay. Four generations of the family have now built upon their passion and expertise to produce a range of impressively delicate and refined Champagnes.
