Tribaut Rose | Champagne, France

£37.40

Tribaut Rosé is a 50% Pinot Meunier – 30% Chardonnay – 20% Pinot Noir blend produced from 8 terroirs in the Marne Valley and Montagne de Reims.

In order to obtain the wine’s salmon-coloured hue and red fruit aromas, around 10% red wine from the Damery terroir is incorporated into the cuvée.

Matured for 2 years sur lie before disgorgement; dosage is 8 grams of sugar per litre.

Since 2019 Tribaut has been one of the first Champagne houses to convert to fully organic growing – a rarity in Champagne and something that for the large Houses is almost impossible.

Tribaut-Schloesser was founded in 1929 in the heart of the champagne region in Romery, near Epernay. Four generations of the family have now built upon their passion and expertise to produce a range of impressively delicate and refined Champagnes.
