A Certified Organic Prosecco DOC, Extra Dry.

 Made from 100% Glera grapes grown in south-east facing vineyards of clay and moraine soils at an average altitude of 150–200 metres above sea level.

 The first fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to preserve the delicate floral and fruity aromas. The second fermentation occurs using the Martinotti/Charmat method in sealed, pressurised tanks, ensuring a fine and persistent perlage.

 It is further aged on fine lees in these pressurised tanks for approximately one month to enhance aromatic complexity and texture. The wine is vinified in accordance with organic and vegan standards.
