Cruse Blanc de Blanc Brut
Fresh and delightful sparkling wine comprised of 50% Ugni Blanc and 50% Airen grapes grown in the chalky soils of Charente (France) and Mancha (central Spain).
The wine is fermented at a low temperature. The second fermentation takes place at 14°C for 2 weeks followed by dosage, resulting in a wine with 10g of residual sugar.
Pale yellow and elegant colour with fine bubbles. A fruity and elegant sparkling wine, with aromas of fresh butter and cake.
Recommended as an aperitif and especially as a party wine.
