100% Chardonnay aged in American oak.
Morgan Zaninovich’s great-grandfather, Rees T. Jenkins ranched and farmed in Lander, Nevada before the family established roots in California’s wine country.
In his day, all farming was done ‘the natural way’ and with sustainably. Today the family continue his commitment to sustainable wine growing; as being best for the land and the grapes and essential to crafting the finest, most flavourful wines.
Apple cinnamon spice, crème brûlée and orange blossom aromas. Rich flavours of baked apple, lemon custard and toasted almond. A medium-bodied, fresh, lively style; any evidence of oak aging remains very much in the background.
Keep for up to five years.

The winery is located on Napa Valley’s scenic Silverado Trail. Of Napa’s 14 designated AVA’s (American Viticultural Area), this district is renowned for producing unsurpassed premium varietal grapes. They are more labour intensive than other commercial winegrowing methods, the efforts are rewarded with fruit rich in flavour and character – and great fruit is a prerequisite for making great wine.
