Sympathy For The Devil
“Pleased to meet you, Hope you guess my name.”
If you know your wines, not a lot of guesswork required to identify this crisp offering: 75% Verdejo and 25% Sauvignon Blanc grapes.
Wines n’ Roses organic vineyards are situated in Toledo, on poor soils, of red and clay earth, with the yields per hectare being pretty low. They don’t carry out any treatments for disease or insects, as they look to provide the perfect place for sincere, sustainable and ecological winegrowing.
Clean and intense aromas of tropical fruits, grapefruit, citrus fruits with balsamic and mineral notes. Fresh, balanced, with the body and crispness characteristic of these varieties.
Recommended with all types of seafood, fish, starters, light and rice dishes, being the perfect combination with the ‘Mediterranean diet’.
About the Producer
Wines n' Roses
This band consists of five members. Five friends who met in the world of wine, lovers of good rock ‘n’ roll who shared the same dream: to innovate and to crank it up.
The project has sustainable roots, influenced by their ancestors’ work of the land and the vineyards. The band stands out because of its faith in local grapes which have adapted so well to the land and climate. Far from jumping on the fashionable bandwagon, they have created wines in which the character of the grape and its origin resonate.
